Infant and Toddler Specialist Network – SERVICES
Infant and Toddler Specialist Services
Growing research continues to reflect that the first three years of life are the most important in terms of brain development. Because so many children under the age of 3 spend time in child care while their parents work or attend school, it is imperative that the child care workforce be trained to provide high quality care for these children and their families.
Tennessee's Infant and Toddler Specialist Network provides training and onsite technical assistance to child care providers in the areas of child development, health and safety, behavior management and early childhood education focusing on those children aged 3 years and under.
